At the beginning, the client just had rough ideas for designs. We have worked together with them to design several versions and made modifications as well as physical samples to test everything. For example, the client wanted to use touch screen but we found that it was not so practical. Because the shapes and dimensions for existed touch screens do not match these headphone displays. So we changed to normal LCD screens.
The materials for these headphone display stands are comprehensive, including metal, acrylic, plastic, LCD screen, colorful LED light, sticker etc. It is not easy to make comprehensive materials with different workmanship and surface treatment for small quantity. But we never complain. Anyway, this client is very happy with our jobs and keeps on ordering many new designs.
